La Fiore PH – Terms & Conditions

By booking any service through La Fiore PH, you are agreeing to the following Terms & Conditions. La Fiore PH exclusively offers Bloom Bar for private events and Dine & Bloom workshops (Basic & Advanced). We do not offer floral arrangements for delivery or retail purchase.

BOOKINGS

La Fiore PH reserves the right to decline bookings that fall outside the scope of our services or cannot be accommodated due to scheduling, distance, or event limitations.

Custom requests outside the inclusions of our Bloom Bar or Dine & Bloom packages may be accepted at our discretion and may incur additional charges.

Clients must provide complete and accurate event details (date, time, venue, access instructions). La Fiore PH will not be held liable for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For Bloom Bar bookings:

  • Cancellations made 7 days before the event date are eligible for a 50% refund of the down payment.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are charged in full and non-refundable.

For Dine & Bloom workshops:

  • Cancellations made 5 days before the workshop are eligible for a 50% refund of the down payment.

  • Cancellations made within 5 days are considered final and non-refundable.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Since La Fiore PH provides services and workshops, not retail products, no physical returns are accepted.

If you have concerns about your Bloom Bar experience or Dine & Bloom session, please send:

  • Event date

  • Booking details

  • Clear photos or videos (if applicable)

  • Description of the issue

  • Within 12 hours after the event

We will review your concerns and provide a resolution when applicable. Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be granted if the issue resulted from service error on our part.

PRODUCTS & SUBSTITUTION POLICY

All flowers, materials, and décor items used for Bloom Bar and Dine & Bloom are subject to availability.

Due to seasonal changes and market conditions, substitutions may occur.

La Fiore PH reserves the right to modify:

  • Flower types

  • Colors

  • Wrapping styles

  • Tools and materials

  • Styling elements

These substitutions may be made without prior notice, while ensuring the value, quality, and aesthetic remain equal or greater.

NO CHANGES TO YOUR BOOKING CAN BE MADE AFTER PAYMENT IS CONFIRMED.

PRICES & ADDITIONAL CHARGES

All prices are based on the selected package and may vary depending on:

  • Location of event or workshop

  • Number of participants

  • Type of materials requested

  • Peak seasons and supply availability

Additional fees may be applied for:

  • Travel outside standard service areas

  • Early setup or after-hours events

  • Special requests or customizations

Prices may change without prior notice.

DISCOUNTS & PROMOS

From time to time, La Fiore PH may offer promotions or discounted rates.

  • To avail a promo, the correct coupon code must be entered at checkout or provided during booking.

  • Only one promo code may be used per booking unless stated otherwise.

  • For membership-based promos, we may contact you to verify your eligibility.

Promos are valid while slots and supplies last.

PAYMENTS

La Fiore PH accepts the following payment methods:

  • GCash

  • Bank Transfer

  • Maya

  • Credit/Debit (if available)

A 50% down payment is required to confirm any booking. Remaining balance must be paid 24 hours before the event/workshop.

Fraudulent transactions or chargebacks will be reported to authorities.

We do not store or have access to your credit or debit card details. Payments are securely processed via trusted third-party gateways.

EVENT DAY POLICY

La Fiore PH will not be held responsible for delays or interruptions caused by:

  • Late venue access

  • Incorrect venue information

  • Traffic, weather, or unforeseen conditions

  • Venue restrictions

  • Guest-caused damage

Any damages to La Fiore PH equipment (baskets, vases, styling tools, props, décor, etc.) will be charged to the client.

FAILED OR INCOMPLETE SETUPS

La Fiore PH shall not be held liable for incomplete service if:

  • The venue is not accessible to our team

  • Setup time is shortened due to venue delays

  • The event is cut short by the client or venue

  • The client refuses or interrupts the setup

  • The environment is unsafe for materials or staff

Additional fees may apply if our team needs to return or re-setup.
